Shahmanesh & Partners

...gives you access to top quality counsel that approaches legal problems in an aggressive but controlled way. We develop answers to your legal, product and marketing issues that are workable because we've spent years hand holding business leaders like you. And we offer solutions that avoid the high cost of developing in-house resources.

General Counsel On-Demand

Our need-based approach allows us to operate on-site or remotely as a member of your management team - offering strategic advice, legal counsel and business or contractual help to meet everyday business requirements. You can retain us or use our services as you need them.

We think the way to obtain top quality legal counsel at a cost that won't strangle your business is through our Outsourced General Counsel Service.

As Your Outsourced General Counsel

We operate like in-house lawyers helping you strategically think through your business issues and tactically build a plan that addresses them.

  • Unlike in-house resources - we don't add to your overhead.
  • Unlike big outside law firms - we don't staff every call and assignment with a lot of warm bodies and constantly run the meter.
  • Unlike "temp" legal firms - we are not a "body" shop without a vested interest in the outcome of your projects and your business. We WANT you to succeed and not just continue using our people.

We operate as a member of your business's management team-rendering strategic advice, servicing day-to-day legal needs and managing those extraordinary legal affairs that justify the use of outside legal. Depending on the needs and preferences of each particular client, we are available for "office hours" at the client's office or we may simply conduct business by phone and e-mail.
